Came here few times already, to dine in and lately, take out. Last couple of times, ordered just Dim Sum items, nothing made to order. For some reason, the wait time is more than 30minutes! Last time, 45 minutes. I hope they are giving us the fresh ones. Also, no one os in the front to welcome guests who walk in. It is not that important for me, but it is noticeable even after a lady walks in the register and did not evem acknowledge me. I have to tell her I want to order food...read full review

steamed dumplings and mixed ox stew were Ok, not too bad nor good enough

Dim sum never available even if arrive at 2:20pm, not even 1 plate. Main dishes very good but on 2 different occasions I've ordered vegetables and they're always under cooked and not cut small enough. Need to ask for water and they don't offer tea even though cups are on table. Service is poor at 2:30 pm. No fortune cookies.
