“First time here and I'm saddened and surprised to see it doesn't have a better rating. I ordered a combo to items beef and broccoli, mushroom chicken and a oder of fried dumplings. I was so cought up on eating I didn't take pictures except for the dumplings that arrived later since they were freshly made. Service was fas and serious the ladies attending the front counter dispatched 5 of us swiftly. Nothing bad to report in my visit clean fast friendly service.“

“Hidden shopping center with a hidden Gem. Inside is pretty spacious. Was not busy when we went. They have Chinese food option and Mongolian as well. Went for the build your own Mongolian bowl. You’re charged by the pound and for a reasonable price. You get to choose your sauces which is good. Food tasted fresh and flavorful. Definitely worth the drive. Looking forward to come try there Chinese food next time“

From food to friendly staff and cooks! Our server greeted us as soon as we walked in. Offered us drinks while we looked at their menu. She was very knowledgeable about the dishes giving us suggestions that she thought it would be yummier (actually, everything seemed deli we couldn't decide). Once we ordered it didn't take long to enjoy our food and it was just as yummy as it looks. Fresh ingredients for sure! We certainly would be back!“

“Went here with my mother on Friday, September 12, 2025. They have so many delicious looking selections! My mother decided to get the Hawaiian BBQ Trio. It is $15.99 plus taxes. You are provided three different types of meat- pork, beef and chicken and macaroni and rice. I chose the fried rice. It was $13.99 plus taxes. They only advertise the Shrimp Fried Rice and since I'm not a Shrimp fan I asked if I could substitute it for a different meat. The attendant said sure would you like beef or chicken. I opted for the beef. She said no problem and substituted the meat for no extra charge. The food came out very hot within 10 minutes! They also provide bar-b-que sauce for each meal, napkins and forks. We both thought that our food tasted really good. We would definitely go back.“

“This is absolutely our favorite go to restaurant whenever we visit LA. A must stop for us. Living in CA and then moving to MN, we always crave for the noodles here. “I have mixed feelings of calling this place overpriced, but I think it is overpriced.

Because if you only get a bowl of rice and one single dish, you can maybe walk out with spending only $10-15 for a meal, which is decent. But if you start even thinking about trying a few more dishes out you are easily going to spend $20 or even $30 for robot-made Chinese food (The food is, in fact, very good.)

But I feel the financial benefit of reducing labor cost by partially replacing human labor with machines, is not brought down to the consumers as much. At least that’s how I felt after paying $30 for a rice bowl and three small side dishes.

“Great Cantonese restaurant! My family has been coming to this restaurant for many years and the food is delicious and cooked like in Hong Kong. We had filet mignon and asparagus, sea food chow mein, Peking duck, snow pea leaf and mixed vegetables - mushroom, bok choi, fried tofu, bean sprouts, and broccoli (vegetarian dish). This place has a lot of old clientele, and tbe food is delicious.“

As the neighborhood continues to change and become more gentrified, it still stands as classic that the local community genuinely loves. The food is amazing for locals who want a balance: lots of vegetables with just the right hint of fried and sweet flavors. Everything is hot, ready, and right in front of you. When ordering, it’s a little difficult to tell them what you want because eye sight is blocked by supplies, you have to point at what you want through the glass, and talk loud, the staff is older, but they’ve been doing this for a very long time. They are always generous so they should understand what you want. One plate is easily enough to feed two people. I can never finish a full plate myself and usually end up getting small boxes for everything. Prices are great, and contactless payment is available.

The vibe is small, quiet, and low-key. Seating is limited, with a couple of small tables and one table for four, which adds to the charm. It really does feel like a neighborhood spot rather than a tourist stop—Google Maps usually pushes Randy’s Donuts first, and honestly, we kind of want to keep it that way. People avoid it because they see “Donuts” and that’s how we like it.

I’ve been coming here for years. I remember when they had the donut side, which is gone now. I even brought my first girlfriend here, and I still come back every few months.

“Food is always good. Their fried shrimp is delicious. Their crab roll is the best. Their egg rolls are legit perfect. All their food is good but by far their best is the beef and broccoli. “Great value for good food. All food is paid for by weight except items from the menu, like won ton soup. The soup is just ok but the made to order Mongolian cooked right in front of you is great for the price. You can make it however you like. Lots of meat, vegetarian, with or without noodles and hot off the grill. So hot that we usually bring it home to eat and it’s still so piping hot we have to let it sit for a moment. There’s always left overs!
The buffet food is good as well.
My kids enjoy making their own bowls.

Reminded me of the Korean Chinese food I have when I go to Korea. The noodles in both their black bean noodles and spicy seafood noodle soup were delicious. “The fried rice and chow mein out on the warmer Is not that great. The portions are huge, so you and half dozen small children will be fed, but thats about it. Try the combo a shrimp and veggies with rice noodle with steam rice. If you want to knock yourself out, get the Kay Kay fried rice.“

“I've had their Chow mein at friendsgiving and it was one of the best I've had. Just happened to be in the area and had to try some other entrees. Unfortunately the friend that brought it over took longer to reply on recommendations, but the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken were delicious. I'll be coming back to try some of the pork I was eyeing and some other items that were recommended.
