I’ve been coming and enjoying the tofu salad for over 25 years. It’s a great pickup for a potluck or I get catering size for a larger party. They had the best tofu but changed it a couple of years ago. I’m not sure why as the previous one had a great texture and worked well with salad. The new one is silken but then fried. I will still get this but really missing the old tofu.
