“Great clean and well run spot in Wilmington! Delicious and freshly made authentic salvadoran food. The quesadilla, sweet bread, served nice and warm made in house is a must. We had the mojarra ? frita and chicharrones entomatados served with nice refried red bean, rice, and freshly hand made tortillas. Family restaurant with spotless facilities. Will be back!!“
“Reyna sure knows how to make an excellent pupusa. Of all the items we ordered for takeout/delivery, these were by far the star of the show. We also ordered some tacos and her steak tacos are pretty tasty as well! The chicken in the chicken tacos was on the dryer side, but that didn't stop us from devouring our meal. We also ordered the shrimp tostada which was another tasty item. We'll definitely be back for more pupusas soon!Check them out!“
“First off this place is a hidden jem. Best pupusas I've ever had,and I been around and even made my own. I tried 1.chicken,cheese and bean and 1 beef, cheese and bean???As I walked into this restaurant I was slightly nervous to try them initially do to the dimly lit out dated atmosphere of the interior, but within seconds I was warmly greeted by whom I believe to be the owner possibly and given a run down of the menu. “This a great place for pupusas.I had both a loroco and a revuelta pupusa. The loroco was very cheesy and had a very nice light veggie taste from the blossoms. The revuelta was full of flavor and not overly salty.The cortiodo had a nice bite to it and a pleasant balance between the herbs and vinegar.I also had a tamale de elote, it tasted very fresh. It came with crema and beans, and was a nice finish to my lunch.I think they make their own tamarindo Agua fresca - it had a nice tartness without being overly sweet.“
