Pupuseria Salvadorena has the best pupusas in town, not greasy at all! The rice flour shrimp pupusas are delicious but a bit chewy. The food is very good, with soft and tender pupusas that are filled more than just masa. Friendly service is available, and while it may be a little slow for larger groups, it has improved with quick and efficient service recently. The restaurant itself is small but accommodating, offering a pleasant atmosphere. Ordering ahead by phone is still recommended, and despite parking issues, the fresh food is worth the wait. The cabbage and sauce enhance the pupusas, making them even better!
