I ordered a large bowl of gumbo, popcorn shrimp and asked for coleslaw (server said he would make sure I got a larger portion of coleslaw since they didn't sell it solo)
Gumbo color was very light like coffee with cream color not a dark roux. There was no holy trinity of onion, bell pepper and celery in it.
