There’s needs to be a struggle here, Erick needs to learn to come to work like he proud to have a job. Tired of the unacceptable customer service always being served with attitude like it’s okay to be low on stock, like I’m supposed to grab a spoon and eat the popping boba while drinking a drink (which is what he suggested) as if I can drive on the go like that. The cocky attitude working at a Starbucks ain’t a good look bud.
Not a real Starbucks. Basically no one works here and when they do they are chatting and not working. I went three days in a row no cold brew no foam, and you will wait 10 minutes before finding out that they can't make your drink or wait a total of 30 minutes for a screwed up drink. This is certainly not a real Starbucks by any means.
Don’t even deserve one star I usually buy my coffee at this Starbucks never coming here again guy with stretched ears don’t know if his cashier or barista horrible customer service asked for venti cup of ice water he refused to sell me a venti cup I even offered to buy a venti drink I’m not asking for free ice water just give me the ice water I’ll pay for it he said no I can’t do that I’m running low on venti cups!!! wow such a rude person...read full review
