Smashburger is a welcoming restaurant that provides exceptional customer service. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a warm reception and attended to by friendly and professional staff. The quality of the food is great, with juicy and flavorful meat that stands out from the rest of the ingredients. Despite a busy atmosphere, the staff work efficiently as a team to deliver orders, including the popular Smashburger, which is made to order and ready for pick-up in under 10 minutes. Customers consistently praise the attentive service, with staff like Carlos and Ivonne going above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. The food is always hot and fresh, and the dining area is clean and kid-friendly, with good parking and wheelchair accessibility. The Oreo milkshake is also a popular treat. Overall, many customers express their love for the restaurant and plan to return, especially noting the great service and delicious burgers.
