Casa Filipina Bakery’s ginataan bilo-bilo is a true taste of the Philippines. The balance of sweetness from the coconut milk and the slight savoriness of the bilo-bilo was spot on. The texture of the bilo-bilo was perfect - chewy on the outside and soft on the inside. A delightful treat.
Five stars for the 1 table that I had to share with strangers.
