“I've been going for over 30 years and was so disappointed in their food today. I get that food prices have gone up and the portions are smaller these day. I like the smaller portions. But to serve a half basket of chips and salsa in a little dressing cup that my chip cant fit in was disappointing. Their delicious green salsa verde with piece of meat in it was so not the same taste and was not good. I dont know when and if I'll ever go back again because of the disappointing quality of food.“

“Casa Jimenez is a great place if you've got a modest budget snd a big appetite.

They have plentiful Mexican cuisine plates that all bring big flavor and big portions; and if that isn't enough, they even have an AYCE deal!

The AYCE deal is a limited menu of single portion entrees that you pick 3 of, per plate. Each plate also comes with rice and refried beans with cheese and your choice of a lighter albondigas soup or a salad.

Personally, with me and mine being foodies, we all go for the AYCE for the variety.

Each plate comes out hot and plated fresh, though sometimes the entrees taste like they may have been frozen beforehand (the beef tamale in particular).

If you want something fresh, stick with the carnitas and the carnitas tacos - that's what I do!

The singular drawback for us eating here is the food comes out slow, so plan accordingly!

tl:dr - Great eats, big plates, price is reasonable, the AYCE deal is great, give it a go if you are hungry!“

I had an amazing experience at this Juan Pollo! The food was absolutely delicious — the chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender, with just the right amount of seasoned flavor. The sides were fresh and flavorful, especially the potato salad, which has to be the BEST potato salad out there.

What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made sure everything was to my liking and served everything quickly with a smile.

We’ve tried the flautas, sopes, huaraches, tacos dorados, enchiladas, French fries and agua de melon & Jamaica. Their coffee is served hot and is very tasty. They give chips and salsa and the salsa is delicious. They get busy and sometimes it takes them a while to come around for refills but overall the staff is nice and the food comes out quickly. Since discovering this hidden gem, we’ve already been back twice and will continue to return. Also, their prices are very reasonable and the portions are great as well.“

“Bob’s Burgers is one of my favorite local spots. I work around the corner and usually order the 3‑egg breakfast with hash browns and toast—it’s a great deal at $9.99 and always hits the spot. I’ve also had the Avocado Burger, which was delicious. I always dine in because the atmosphere is relaxed, the TV is usually on during lunch, and the staff—cashier, owner, and cooks—are consistently friendly and kind. They’re attentive, welcoming, and make you feel like a regular. Highly recommend stopping by.“

“This is probably the best taco truck I have eaten at so far. We have ordered burritos, tacos, tortas and fries. All really good and flavorful. The Horchata is also good. As for the meat ,we usually order Al Pastor ,carnitas ,cabeza,carne asada or tripas .They’ll make the tripas real crunchy if you ask them and that’s the way we like them. The price of the food menu items are really reasonable .We order to go but they do have a canopy with a few chairs and tables to sit down and eat .The condiments are always fresh. We usually fill up a couple of containers with green chili sauce .They do have red sauce also if you like it hot. I recommend this place, the food is always good.

“I stopped by this market while working because I enjoy checking out places like this that often have a kitchen serving homemade-style food. This place did not disappoint.

I ordered the ribs in green sauce, and I’d give the dish a 9/10. The only reason it’s not a perfect score is because I’m not usually a fan of green sauce, but this plate was delicious, well-prepared, and served properly. The lady working in the kitchen was incredibly friendly, kind, and had a great attitude. I originally asked for a different item, but they didn’t have it that day, so she recommended the ribs in green sauce and I’m glad she did.

I also watched her press the tortillas by hand, and as someone who loves tortillas, they were an easy 10/10.

Overall, this is a great place with very reasonable prices. A combo plate and a soft drink for $14 is a great value these days.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the lady at the front register could work on her customer service attitude.“
