If you’re a commuter, make sure you have extra time before stopping. I like the variety of food and can forgive the high prices to a point, but I usually spend most of the visit waiting for my drink. I’ve gotten in the habit of checking emails while I wait, since they don’t make drinks in the sequence they were ordered. I usually just stop in for a latte and it’s typically about a 10-min ordeal.
