“Found this store on Eater LA and came on a Saturday. It was cheerful to get the limited special cake — chestnut tiramisu! The chestnut cream is so yummy! A bit pricey ($29 total for four desserts) but truly worth it. The genmaicha tofu cake is my favorite. It has a rich soy flavor and the texture is so soft! I also like the blueberry and lavender cake with jelly on top. Excellent combination! Staff were very careful about packaging so even I drove for roughly an hour with the cakes, they remained intact all the time!“

“Went today to buy donuts to support the Monterey Park shooting victims. Many people came for the same purpose and there was a long line inside the store.The couple there were very nice and friendly. We got a couple of dozen donuts for our family and friends.Their donuts are very good. Many varieties are available here and sandwiches and bagels are also on display. The prices are reasonable. For two dozen and a dozen of donut holes, we paid $28.I loved the French cruller donuts while my wife was a fan of the glazed donut.There are a few tables inside for dined in. Parking is a bit tight but street parkings are plenty.“

“Been coming to this Auntie Anne's since I was a kid. It's fun to watch the pretzels being made and they are always fresh. They have an outstanding in-app ordering system and rewards program with many special offers. Most importantly the staff is nice and it's a great place to grab a snack while shopping. “This a not a very good spot for students who want to spend long times at cafés studying because they do not offer free Wi-Fi, which means you have to use your data or Hotspot. However, the drinks are fairly nice, and the bread is especially good there. The place is typically very clean, and they make your drinks very quickly. There's free parking in the garage behind the cafe that lasted for 2 hours. There's usually a good amount of parking spaces throughout the day.“

“I purchased two delicious (Ube,strawberry) cheesecake's for my wife's Birthday OMG!!! how Amazing were they. Let me tell you, they were Spongy, moist, with a lot of flavor but not too sweet. Will definitely come back and try the rest. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to try something different you will not regret it. These will be our new treats when we are around the area and trust me i will definitely be around the area.

My only bad review is that I placed the order through Uber eats and it did not go well.

People before you place the order please read this.

Uber eats chose the location further from my house and added more to the delivery fee. Also the prices went up $2-$4 per cake that I purchased through the app and then to top it off it took them more than 55 min to deliver it from the time i ordered. which the location was only 20-25 min away. The other location closest to my house was only 15 min away.WOW shame on you Uber.

Ending this bad experience with @ubereats #unereats that they did not provide me with a final receipt until 15 min after i had received my order which i then saw that my original price including 15% tip was around $40 but when i saw the receipt i was charged almost $60 and some change. REALLY uber eats i will never order through them ever again.
