My pretzel wasn't evenly made because it was lopsided, but it doesn't really matter. At least my cinnamon pretzel was tasty. I think they moved because the location I went to was a kiosk location near the stairs.

Always a delicious snack. These pretzels are always consistently great (I buy the cinnamon and sugar variety), and the guy that took care of me was polite, professional and friendly. His coworker gave me a weird look when I approached them to place my order, but I will not deduct a star for that.
My sons and I enjoyed the salty mini pretzels with dipped cheese they were so delicious and 😋 yummy great customer service and especially the associate was very friendly and helpful. Since we'd enjoyed it so much we can't wait to enjoyed them again thank you
