We arrived a little after if opened and there were already many people ahead of us! We tried the chocolate strawberry banana waffle as well as their egg deluxe croissant. They were fairly priced! They were both delicious though I wish I had asked them for a crispier waffle. Their service was just as expected for a small cafe making everything to order. We waited about 10-15 minutes. There's no where else you need to go. The fresh bread is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. When you order, you can choose from the football shape or the baguette shaped bread. Scratch pate, cold cuts, daikon, carrots, cilantro, and thinly shaved jalapeños. Service is straightforward and fast! Corner store vibes but Vietnamese :) Parking is also plentiful. “I came on a Friday 20 minutes before closing. There was no line. They weren't out of anything. They still had products on the shelf. I got their Portuguese tart and their egg tart. I came in because it was on Instagram that there were lines out the door after thru were featured on Netflix. I mean, the egg tarts were good. I was turned off by the dark, burnt crusts. But biting into the tarts, you can't taste it. The egg filling was cooked just right. The flaky layers were very good. Was it the best I've ever had? No. It's comparable to most dim sum places I've been to. So, I happen to driving in the area but would I drive an hour to come here specially for these tarts, no. Service was fine. It wasn't great. The place is very small. You have to grab and go. There's no hanging around here.“

“A humble, unassuming, little donut shop run by the sweetest people. We've come here fairly often for the massive hot breakfast sandwiches that come with a free coffee. (Great prices compared to Starbucks down the street btw). There's a lot of options and I've enjoyed everything I've had here so far. The coffee can be caffeinated or decaf. The creamers are stored to the side with ice packs. There are other drinks in a fridge and snack options to the side of the register. The blueberry donut is really good. I've also enjoyed their custard filled donut which was full of custard. If you order a ham and cheese croissant, they cut it in half and heat it up for you, which is a nice service. The cheese inside is really good. The interior is pretty small, but there's some seats if you want to sit down and have your breakfast. We always get ours to go. On our most recent visit they were having a fundraiser for their friend that perished in the Monterey Park shooting. So glad to have this staple in the neighborhood and to have a small business to support! Highly recommended little breakfast spot :)“

The set up is like a regular Asian bakery - grab a tray and use the tongs to pick your pastry from the display case, walk up to the cashier and pay for your stuff. I purchased a variety of different flavor topping conchas, muffins, cookies, and bolillo. 1st the bakery is very organize and clean. Their customer service is great as the person helping you out is very kind, explains everything, and answers your questions. The conchas are large, soft, and delicious. The cookies are thick, large and taste homemade as well as their muffins. The bolillo is very soft and taste great. The size of this bolillo is around the size you'll find at el super or other stores. I highly recommend.“
