“This McDonald's is a really good one. Ever since Maria has been the manager here she has hired a terrific crew. Never attitudes or long faces like they don't want to work. Always a pleasant environment. If something isn't right it gets corrected. It can get busy at this location but I always wait patiently because it's worth it.“

“What a great find! Googled burgers and brews and this place was on the list. Well worth our drive over the hill from Whittier. It had been about 20 years since I last had a PB&J burger. It was in incredible! The jelly makes the bacon taste like candied bacon. The tots were perfect little crispness bombs. Small craft beer list is the topper. We will be back. “Celebrated the last day of burger month. Loved the vargas burger great service, place was free of delivery services, just people serving people and all were happy. Fries were outstaning and even better with condiments such as malt vinegar and mustard gochujang, which i didnt even know existed ... Put that and soy sauce on the fries. “I ordered the Teriyaki Beef Hamburger. Which is the wrong thing to order when trying to eat on the road. This is a “eat at a table” burger. When I stopped to eat it, it was delicious and filling. You get plenty for what you paid. The gentleman taking orders was friendly and helpful; as I was a first time customer. This is a place to make as a regular for any local.“

“When we told drive-through order-taker Aaliyah this was our first ever In-N-Out visit she went out of her way to carefully explain the menu. At the drive up window Xley had already been alerted to our newby status and was over-the-top helpful, explaining we were lucky that Elaine (the best grill cook) was making our order and thanking us for choosing their store for our first visit. As we were eating in their picnic area, Aaliyah came by to make sure we were happy with our food (we were!) and to thank us for our business. Absolutely 5 stars!“

“Breakfast tacos are a great option. Despite their seemingly small size, they are packed with flavor. Make sure to ask for hot sauce if you like an extra spicy kick. Tacos have a nice heat by themselves and are really flavorful. Highly recommended for breakfast. Sold in 2 or 4 option.“

“I love their pastrami dip sandwiches. Full of meat and good bread. One thing for sure they are consistent. Their meat is always moist, tender and with flavor. Check cliseingtimes out. Usually half hour before posted time.The one on Atlantic closes at 1am not 130am. All the restaurants, I have gone to a few, are clean including bathrooms. I drive from LA to enjoy this treat. All are either in Pasadena or east of LA. I wish their was one in the south bay/ LA area.Other foods are offered too. Staff are polite.“

But the real standout for me was the zucchini fries — by far the best I’ve had! Crispy on the outside, tender inside, and seriously addictive. Definitely worth trying if you’re in the area. 🍔🧅“

“Oct 2026 •• I've eaten here a handful of times in the last couple of months, and never had a bad experience! The service has always been top notch - they're very accommodating especially with my elderly parents (in wheelchair and walker) even on busy nights.
This weekend, I notice that there were a lot of multi-generational families eating and it was nice to see. Food is great and reasonably priced (as reasonable as it is with prices right now). A lot of standout in food: pot roast, the small plates and appetizers, among others.

Their chicken salad is pretty big, even for being take out. They got all the fixings in it to get you fullness you get in a meal. Has a club sandwhich as well and that as well very filling. Chose sourdough for my bread option cause why not. Their Bacon Western burger was off the hook. Had great flavor on the sauce and onions rings inside had great texture to it. Was surprised to find that they also out pickles in it, which I don't recall that inside bbq burger, but it was not bad att all to have in it. The amount fries they give enough to share with someone and they are the skinny / thick style. Location is right off major crossing of Whittier Blvd/Garfield Ave across from Starbucks, can't miss them.“
