“I come to this Wendy's once or twice a week Raquel and the other employees are very very polite I usually order a number two double large plain meat and cheese burger and buns are always fresh and those new fries are awesome and the soda machine works perfectly as other burger or other facilities not Wendy's that is McDonald's they're soda machine is always messed up taste flat or wrong flavor mixed up on hoses I guess. “Did not go inside, so cannot speak to that. The drive-thru is a Single Lane Drive thru. It does get very busy there as most In-N-Outs do. They do send someone outside to take orders from the cars waiting in line. And it all moves very quickly. Definitely on their game!“

“When we told drive-through order-taker Aaliyah this was our first ever In-N-Out visit she went out of her way to carefully explain the menu. At the drive up window Xley had already been alerted to our newby status and was over-the-top helpful, explaining we were lucky that Elaine (the best grill cook) was making our order and thanking us for choosing their store for our first visit. As we were eating in their picnic area, Aaliyah came by to make sure we were happy with our food (we were!) and to thank us for our business. Absolutely 5 stars!“

“Oct 2026 •• I've eaten here a handful of times in the last couple of months, and never had a bad experience! The service has always been top notch - they're very accommodating especially with my elderly parents (in wheelchair and walker) even on busy nights.
This weekend, I notice that there were a lot of multi-generational families eating and it was nice to see. Food is great and reasonably priced (as reasonable as it is with prices right now). A lot of standout in food: pot roast, the small plates and appetizers, among others.

“My most favorite burgers! Can't beat the value. A small fry or onion ring can feed 2-3 people. Homemade ranch and thousand island. Burgers are big and completely worth the price. Be aware the burgers come with 2 types of onions. Blt's are also huge. Family owned. Been coming here since I was a child. 40+years of consistency.“

“The hamburger combo was just ok. Patty was really thin and felt low on protein, mostly a carb-heavy burger. Fries were good though, cooked and seasoned right.

The teriyaki chicken had a good portion and better protein than the burger. Salad was fresh. Rice was a little too sticky but still a solid meal.
The Boston shake with chocolate chip add-ins is where this place shines. Super good and easily the best thing we had.

I order the onion rings and a Malibu burger. The onion rings were fresh and hot and the burger was divine! This is a hidden gem in Pasadena. “I went to get some food expecting to get a burger. I got to the light in front of liquor store before you can even see the burger joint man you can smell that bomb patties being cooked so strong. But I went inside asked if they had chilquiles and since they did I had to get them. They were extremely good & honeslty I complain about food all the time.
