IHOP is a great spot for happy hour, known for good prices, generous food portions, and tasty dishes. The Colorado Omelette had flavorful meat, although the egg whites could use a bit more seasoning. While there was a minor issue with a watery omelette, the buttermilk pancakes were still delicious. The service at IHOP is highlighted by the attentiveness of the staff. Although the restaurant was busy, one waitress managed to handle several customers with dedication. Despite the challenges, including a warm cranberry juice and some issues with the hash browns and pancakes, the staff did their best to ensure a good experience. One manager, Tammy, stood out for her amazing service, especially when accommodating families and children. Her ability to engage with customers, especially kids excited about chocolate pancakes, made the dining experience enjoyable. Even with some challenges like a small parking area and the need for more staff during busy times, IHOP remains a great place for breakfast, and many customers express a desire to return due to the excellent service and delicious food.
