Ordered the Colorado Omelette through Uber Eats. (Very quick delivery!!) The meat inside had good flavor but the egg whites were not seasoned. VERY watery though, and it was NOT condensation, 2 tablespoons of liquid. Had this come to me like that dining in, I would've sent it back. Buttermilk pancakes were yummy. They only sent 3 out of the four in the Syrup Caddy.

This review is LONG over due but I promised Norma the manager I would do here we are almost half a year later. I had came in with my family of Father’s Day and immediately you can feel the warmth she had when we walked in she was VERY attentive when I asked if we could turn on the AC she apologized because it was broken but still offered an alternative. I'm not usually a fan of IHOP, but the food at this location was great! Either they have upped their game overall or this location is just much better than others I have been to. It doesn't earn 5 starts from me because the location is small and a bit cramped. I wouldn't recommend if you have a larger party. Also, parking here is practically non-existent. It was a hastle. But that's not something I'm used to so maybe that's just me?
