I have to say that Robert C. Runs a tight shop. Very efficient and smooth operation when he leads the team. His store is clean, professional and always filling orders with 100% accuracy. Much appreciated in this community.

I rarely write reviews unless the establishment is great or terrible, and usually never for a chain fast food restaurant so let this be my first. I've been coming to this El Pollo Loco for several years now and I've been impressed at the consistency of the customer service and food quality. It's not usually a hallmark of any fast food type establishment to provide any type of customer service beyond the minimum since hey, the food is cheap and quick, what more can one expect?...read full review

Stuffings and fillings are like delicious jems hidden inside. Very cheesy and meaty. Filled and stuffed dishes are a pure delight!! Here I have the OVERSTUFFED QUESADILLAS: Top: Chipotle Chicken Middle: Poblano Chicken Bottom: Shredded Beef Avocado It's a chained fast food restaurant so everything is quick and efficient for the service. Pretty nice and clean dining area with inviting background music.
