10/10 love the ongiri here it's tasty fresh and maybe i'm a little bias been coming here since high school the owners always have treated me well they have plenty from hot food to snacks to drinks bottled/to be made boba or lemonade
Repeat customer in DoorDash and in person. You wouldn't expect it, but along with a whole family of products of Asian culture, they have HAM SANDWICHES!! Served up on a warm 6" bun, lettuce tomato onion cheese, better than ANY sandwich shop. Subway, Togos, pale in comparison!

A lot of the bad reviews are about the food being bad and the coffee tasting cheap. I’ve never ordered food here, and while I’m picky about my tea and coffee, I like going to Joker’s when I want boba early in the day (it’s the earliest opening shop in the area). They make it with powder mix but they’re not trying to sell it as something above that, and the mixes are very visible.
