There’s a game you can play when you first order and if you manage to stop the timer on exactly 10 seconds you get a free combo. It sounds insane but was pretty spicy and didn’t taste damp or dry, it was literally perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough!“

I had an amazing experience at this Juan Pollo! The food was absolutely delicious — the chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender, with just the right amount of seasoned flavor. The sides were fresh and flavorful, especially the potato salad, which has to be the BEST potato salad out there.

What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made sure everything was to my liking and served everything quickly with a smile.

“I discovered this place through a YouTuber’s recommendation and I’m really glad I tried it. It was my first visit, and while it’s easy to miss since there’s no sign outside, I had no trouble finding it.

We were greeted right away, ordering was simple, and the food was ready in about 10–15 minutes. The chicken was the highlight—flavorful, juicy, and very filling. The sides (sweet potato fries and coleslaw) were just okay; the fries were a bit soggy when we got home and the coleslaw was slightly too tangy for our taste.

Parking: If you don't see a spot to park in front, just park in the back. You enter the parking lot on the west side of the building. There's always an empty parking spot in back, but not as shaded.“

“Was curious about this branch since it’s from China and this is their 2nd location. Was happened to be 15mins away and thought to give it a try. The location is in a big shopping plaza and has a big parking lot so easy parking. They’re either remodeling or putting up new signs since outside are covered and being painting. Inside is new and clean and very spacious. Small menu and plenty of pictures to see what the foods look like. Ordered a bucket of wings for $20 and 3 chicken sandwiches for $10 (special offers at the moment). Prices are not bad at all, they do have special meal deal that is under $10. Staff are good, the wait is abit long but since I ordered, they start making it so…waited for 8mins for my orders and got it in a cool colorful bag. Smell great and if you eat it right away it’s very juicy and tasty, the burger is good and same for the wings. It just not my cup of tea of their seasoning and favor but with their dipping sauces, it just not going together for me. Overall, it was okey, good sandwich (without the seasoning), good clean store and not bad pricing.“

“Stopped by bb.q Chicken in Temple City for a pickup order and had a really good experience.

I ordered the Feel Crunch Wings and Soy Garlic Wings. Both were really good! The Feel Crunch Wings were nice and crispy with a satisfying crunch, while the Soy Garlic Wings had that savory, slightly sweet garlic flavor that makes you keep reaching for another piece. I also liked that the wings stayed crispy even after bringing them home.

But what really stood out was the lady working at the counter. She was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. Even though this was just a pickup order, she made me feel welcomed and provided genuinely great customer service. Sometimes it’s the small interactions that leave the biggest impression, and she definitely deserves to be recognized!

Food was ready, everything was packed nicely, and the whole pickup process was quick and smooth.

“I love the choice between fried and roasted chicken. Chicken was flavorful and good next day. I like plantains, rice and those beans were oh so good!! The yucca fries unfortunately were not, bland and didn't feel cooked thru. I ordered both a family and individual meal and requested rolls instead of tortillas. When I got home, there was only one roll and no tortillas. So insulting and luckily I had tortillas as home but i was so bummed, because the roll was really good. I'll come back, but next time. I'm making sure those damn rolls are in there!“

“Absolutely amazing. After a disappoint go at the Mancoras peruivian cuisine on main, I found this place in walking distance. Gave it a shot and the chicken is amazing. The #1 recommendation is have is the #1 Chicken sandwich (white or dark meat) it's by far the best chicken sandwich I've had. Easily blowing Raising Canes and all other chicken sandwich establishments out of the park. The balance between each ingredient was spot on and I could easily devour multiple of these in one sitting due to how good it is. 100% recommend this place.

Side note, for any people planning to eat here. Order ahead of time (sometimes it can take 30+ minutes) and avoid the wraps, go for the chicken on the bun instead. It's vastly superior because the wraps seem to be poorly constructed. The wraps seem to be overflowing with sauce which makes the wrap soft and weak so its, hard to hold let alone eat, without it breaking apart in your hands“

“Decided to give it a try while deciding what to eat for dinner at the Arcadia mall food court. I have tried Chick-fil-A sandwiches but never heard of this place. Ordered the Texas toast chicken sandwich and surprisingly it tastes pretty good and better than Chick-fil-A. The chicken is not dried and the sandwich is not salty. Will definitely try again if I am in the area.“

The other sauces run a little sweet for my taste, and so do the pickles, but the pickles are good enough that you’ll eat them all anyway. Consistent spot. “My experience at Ace Burger today was nothing short of amazing! I ordered the chicken tenders, fries, and corn on the cob, and everything was a perfect 10. The chicken tenders especially stood out—they had the perfect amount of spice and breading. On top of the fantastic food, the woman who made the food and the gentleman (I believe they’re the owners) were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. Their kindness made the visit even more special. “So happy Fat Daddy Fried Chicken is finally back! Their $20 fried chicken and fries combo is definitely one of the best-value options on the menu. The fries are crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy inside, while the fried chicken has a really crispy coating and stays juicy inside. Definitely try it with the Thai sweet chili sauce — it makes the fried chicken even better.

The staff are also super nice and patient. When I wanted to take some Thai sweet chili sauce home, they happened to be out of the small containers, but instead of just saying they couldn’t do it, they actually took the time to figure out another way for me. It was such a small gesture, but I really appreciated the extra effort and thoughtful service.
