Food is consistent in taste and Quantity. The employees...the person giving out the completed orders was no focused on her job she was more concerned with getting a customer's phone number. The error on my order was correct without hassle.The parking is terrible.
The best roasted chicken ever .. the flavor is awesome . I had my first taste of this restaurant yesterday. I must say I was not satisfied. The chicken is not the best chicken as advertised on their windows. The seasoning is a little bland in taste if not purely salted. The rice looks delicious but is also bland in taste. The beans are not terrible but were salty. Their pico de gallo was the biggest offender as it had a sour smell already. Not quite fresh anymore. I hate to say it but El Pollo Loco has the edge on freshness...read full review
