Church's Texas Chicken offers a variety of menu items, including juicy and slightly spicy fried chicken, chicken tenders, and macaroni and cheese. The biscuits are noted for their sweetness and soft texture, although they are best consumed the same day for optimal freshness. The fries are adequate but could benefit from additional salt and crispiness. Customers often find the food very tasty, with some describing it as "crack" because of how good it tastes. The chicken sandwiches are delicious and reasonably priced, with one customer mentioning they paid around $5 each. The fries, however, can be expensive for the portion size, costing over $6 for a small order.
Many customers appreciate that this location consistently serves moist, flavorful chicken, especially the spicy variety, which is genuinely spicy. The mac and cheese and mashed potatoes are usually hot and fresh, and the staff is noted for getting orders right. The restaurant is praised for its quick and easy service, making it a good choice for last-minute meals or large gatherings. Customers also mention that the staff and management do a great job maintaining quality, and they hope it stays that way. Despite some issues with a recent coupon offer, most reviews highlight the good taste and convenience of the food at this location.
