“The family and I decided to stop by and grab Mediterranean food and my husband brought me by his spot he has been going to for 1 yeah or+ years. Upon entering you get greeted by the sweetest owner and staff. The menu is quite extensive and has variety of things from kabob plates to wraps; then burgers and vegetarian options. I ended up getting the lamb and beef kabob plate with hummus and rice. I also got a side of falafel and some fries to share with the family. The hubby got the beef kabob plate and we shared with the girls. Portions were quite filling and more then enough for our family , hummus was so good. Everything is fresh and house made to the sauces that come with it. The garlic being some of my favorite. This family owned place serves really good food and made sure the family was fed and happy. Definitely recommend and absolutely coming back.“

We were having trouble with the kiosk trying to find the loaded fries, the cashier Robert was able to assists us. Robert is such a nice kind man! He gave us so many suggestions esp for my little one who doesn’t eat hot items. I had an amazing experience at this Juan Pollo! The food was absolutely delicious — the chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender, with just the right amount of seasoned flavor. The sides were fresh and flavorful, especially the potato salad, which has to be the BEST potato salad out there.

What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made sure everything was to my liking and served everything quickly with a smile.

We were greeted right away, ordering was simple, and the food was ready in about 10–15 minutes. The chicken was the highlight—flavorful, juicy, and very filling. The sides (sweet potato fries and coleslaw) were just okay; the fries were a bit soggy when we got home and the coleslaw was slightly too tangy for our taste.

Overall, the chicken alone makes it worth a visit. I’d definitely recommend it!“

The atmosphere feels similar to a classic burger spot; casual and welcoming. I chose to eat inside, where there was some noise, but it was completely bearable. If you prefer, there is also ample outdoor seating available.

The service was friendly and attentive. Wendy, along with who I assume was the owner, were both helpful, welcoming, and made sure I was taken care of throughout my visit.

Expect about a 10-15 minute wait for your food, but that's because everything is made fresh to order. The quality was well worth the wait.

We said we needed a coyote of minutes, but the gentleman said no problem, but answered some questions we had. We ordered the chicken skins, hush puppies and the #1 with light meat (breast and a wing with potato wedges and a roll). The hush puppies were so flavorful, no need for a dipping sauce. The chicken skins were huge and also very flavorful. I finally got to my chicken because it was so hot, I'm not sure because I had the other stuff, but the chicken wasn't as flavorful as the other stuff I had. I ordered the Feel Crunch Wings and Soy Garlic Wings. Both were really good! The Feel Crunch Wings were nice and crispy with a satisfying crunch, while the Soy Garlic Wings had that savory, slightly sweet garlic flavor that makes you keep reaching for another piece. I also liked that the wings stayed crispy even after bringing them home.

But what really stood out was the lady working at the counter. She was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. Even though this was just a pickup order, she made me feel welcomed and provided genuinely great customer service. Sometimes it’s the small interactions that leave the biggest impression, and she definitely deserves to be recognized!

Food was ready, everything was packed nicely, and the whole pickup process was quick and smooth.

We got 2 order of the combo wings. The combo comes with 1 medium size pizza, 12 wings, and 1 liter soda of choice.

You’re able to choose 2 sauces for the wings and we got mango habanero, lemon pepper, honey garlic, and something else. For the pizza, we got bulgogi and Hawaiian.

On top of that I ordered the dumpling and rice cake soup which was pretty good. However, there were only like 6 dumplings and lots of rice cake that couldn’t be finished. Towards the end of the soup, it started getting a bit saltier as well.

The price you pay for the amount of food you get is decent. Flavors are good as well. I think the only complaint is that they drench their chicken in sauce which isn’t my preference when eating Korean fried chicken.“
