“We went here for my cousin's birthday with a set menu of options. My husband had the wet chile colorado burrito, I had the chile colorado tostada, and my mom had the fish tacos. Everything was delicious and the portion sizes were huge. The inside of the restaurant is dark, quaint, and comfortable and the service was great. We will be going back, but next time we might need to split a plate unless we want to take home some leftovers (which is very possible).“

“Great spot! Everything is very tasty. My usual is the mini fish ceviche toastada. The tostada is crunchy and ceviche has great flavor. I like the sauce they use on the tostada. Ive also tried their meat tacos, fish tacos, burritos, campechana cocktail are... also very yummy! Oh and their green salsa is my favorite“
“If you're looking for home style Mexican food, this place is it. Friendly atmosphere, good music in the background and GREAT service. We ordered a carnitas burrito, pupusa revueltas, birria taco and chili verde plate. The food came really fast and tasted fresh. Everything was so delicious! The chili verde came with fresh tortillas, the burrito was filled with meat and so flavorful. Also ordered an horchata and it had so much cinnamon (in the best way). “This place was a 1st time try for us on a recommendation from my husband's coworker. The staff was so inviting and kind no wait and our waitress was amazing. She had a big smile and checked on us frequently. The food was so good, delivered nice and hot to the table in no time. Our drinks were made very well to our liking as well, so kudos to the bartender. My husband got the Cadillac margarita, and I ordered a strawberry daiquiri, and I always substitute the rum for Malibu rum (try it, you won't be disappointed). We got a small Albondigas soup to try because we love a good soup spot for cold days, and it was so vibrant, hot, and full of flavor. We got the Chili relleno and cheese enchilada combo plate. Both were packed with plenty of sauce and lots of gooey melty cheese, and the rice and beans were phenomenal as well. We ordered dessert to go as we were full from dinner. We got a slice of carrot cake, a slice of chocolate cake, and a slice of the turtle cheesecake. All 3 were delicious. We live in Covina, so we're not super close, but we will definitely be back again. The menu has options I haven't seen at many Mexican Restaurants at this caliber. Medium class experience with medium-low price options. They are leading their league in quality and customer service. I could see the place upgrading to something extremely special in the future. A real gem for what it's worth.
