“Came in for a late dinner with a large order (a family of 8) kind of close to closing time. Was having a tough time making the selections for the order and Ana and Priscilla were extremely patient and helpful. They made excellent recommendations and were friendly in the process. In a time where customer service has (typically) become low priority, It was definitely refreshing to experience great customer service! We'll definitely be coming back here in the near future. The other four that were working the 2/2/26 night shift practically abandoned them to disappear off somewhere, leaving them with several customers' orders, online orders, kitchen appliances that were beeping, and an empty cash register with other customers who needed to be rung up, which they tried their very best to do all on their own.“

“While taking my dog, Mowgli for a stroll at Victoria Gardens, we stopped by Mendocino Farms to grab a quick bite.

I was greeted by Jayden at the counter, a wonderful young man with a genuine & kind demeanor. Aside from ordering my food, I was able to have a quick chat with Sean and Moe who also work there. These gentlemen are warm, sweet and really share a sense of purpose with the job they do. You rock, fellas!

I gotta give kudos to Moe for hiring staff like Jayden & Sean that show an extraordinary caliber & professional service. Although I picked up an order to go, the few minutes I was there, they made me feel welcomed.
