Attended an Orange Belt Funeral Director’s Association meeting last night….. Amanda set up a very nice display of food to have for dinner while we learned new funeral laws.
Seriously, the food was fantastic!! Chicken fajitas with refried beans and rice as well as cheese enchiladas and chips and salsa….. food temperatures were perfect! Cold was cold and hot was hot. Super flavorful.
