“absolutely love this place! The store is always clean and well-organized, which makes the experience even better. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and quick to help, which I really appreciate. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The cookies are always fresh, soft, and high quality with great flavor every time I visit. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving something sweet!“

“Alysse H is great! This was the only time I've come into this location and saw an employee cleaning up and making sure the place was wiped down. we were here for 20 minutes and she was on it! She also greeted us with a genuine smile which is such a relief especially since you hardly get genuinely nice interaction now at days. We will be returning!“

“Service: 20/10
Ice Cream 20/10
Cleanliness 20/10
The young lady who attended my cousin and I couldn’t have had better customer service! She gave us generous samples of the ice cream we wanted to try. Gave great recommendations & went above & beyond in every way possible.
I settled for a single scoop of Ferraro Rocher ice cream which was outstanding & my cousin got a single scoop of Pistachio ice cream in a waffle cone.
The waffle cone she served me broke a bit so she gave me a complimentary waffle cone to compensate. With the heaping scoop she served, I wasn’t going to mention it but the fact that she went out of her way to do that was greatly appreciated.
They had a wide variety of delicious looking paletas all clearly labeled and some very unique flavors of ice cream. The place was also spotless ✨“

“Whenever I am around the area I allways try and get here every single time I go to the mall. Even when it is 10:40 PM after watching The Minectaft Movie on a sunday night. The milkshakes here are amazing but I think I'm getting a bit too much ice cream in it. The ice cream by itself is equally good too. AND THE ICE CREAM DOUGHNUT THINGS I KEEP FORGETTING THE NAME OF ARE THE BEST.
So yeah good bussiness I like the ice cream 5 stars.“
“I’ve had the best experience here!! Their great cookies and amazing customer service!! My husband also enjoys the freaky cookie!! We’ll have to stop by again.“

“Kona Ice of Upland is truly exceptional! We were delighted to have their truck at our End of Summer Extravaganza, and it was by far the most popular and highest-rated activity among our families. Everyone loved the refreshing shaved ice and the wide variety of delicious flavors.
Not only was the Kona Ice truck a hit, but their team was also outstanding. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner's husband, who was incredibly kind, warm, and an excellent representative of the company. His friendly demeanor and professionalism added to the experience, making it a memorable day for everyone involved.“

“I really wanted a cinnamon roll doughnut. I drove passed this place a few dozen times so I knew where I was gonna try out. Went in 2 people in line. I had options one regular or one with crumble on it. I didn't want to deal with the mess at the time so regular for me. The cinnamon roll was perfect exactly what I wanted. It was fluffy and sweet and delicious. Now I want to go back and try the apple fritter.“
“We went in tonight for some ice cream and we were very impressed with Solomon! He gave us our ice cream with a nice little performance as well! That guy can flip some ice cream real high and catch it in the cup effortlessly! We even saw some more people coming in for ice cream because they saw him doing tricks through the window. Service was great and the ice cream did not disappoint!“

“Delicious food. A bit overpriced but, its CA so...
$10 for a shake. 🫠
Still bought it for my kid though.
We loved sitting outside under the shade trees. The birds did try to steal our fries. 🍟“
“I love ice cream 🍦 so fresh and tasty“
“I visited this BR and it was great I'm not sure what the other people are talking about, I came in, and right away I was greeted politely by the 2 workers there. They even let me try flavors that I have been wanting to try. I purchased a birthday cake and they were nice enough to write on it. A great clean place to go with family. I'll be visiting every Thursday-Sunday to get my ice cream addiction. The manager was also very nice. Places like this should be examples to other businesses on how great the customer service should be. I strongly recommend to everyone.“

“Handel’s is seriously one of my FAVORITE ice cream spots! 🍦😍 The ice cream is always so creamy, fresh, and full of flavor, and the portions are definitely worth it. There are so many flavors to choose from that it’s almost impossible to pick just one 😂
The service is always friendly and it’s such a fun place to stop for a sweet treat with the family. If you haven’t tried Handel’s yet, you’re missing out! 10/10 recommend! ❤🍨“
