Baskin-Robbins provides excellent customer service, with friendly and patient staff who go above and beyond to ensure a smooth ordering process. The restaurant is clean, and the workers are super chill and efficient, making it a quick and pleasant experience. Many customers have noted that every time they visit, the customer service is amazing. One employee, Mikayla, is mentioned for greeting customers with a great smile. Additionally, even when the restaurant is busy, the staff works hard to serve everyone. They also offer nice discounts, such as half-off ice cream scoops on Tuesday nights after 3pm, and send out coupons in the mail. Overall, customers have had consistently positive experiences at this location, enjoying ice cream as the perfect treat on warm evenings.
