I have no words to describe how good the food is 🤤🤤🤤 Service was great! The only downside is the layout, the tables are pretty tight and not ideal for large groups.
We came here on a Monday around 2pm. There was no wait and a few tables were taken. The service was good, both our server and the runners were friendly. The selection during lunch was good as well, not too much and not too little. My kids enjoyed this Wagyu Factory in Rancho.
My only issue is that the bathroom was that the bathroom wasn't as clean. And when you have young children it makes things difficult.

This place was fantastic. It was our first time here and our waiter Kenny was amazing, patient, and friendly. I was hesitant to come because the last place that has this style of food I was not pleased with. This place has changed my mind. Food, service, and especially our waiter, made this a wonderful experience. Waygu Factory was the best place to bring my son for his birthday. I can't wait to come back again
