I love Starbucks but this place. I did not enjoy....they were rude because we were waiting over 15- 20 min for our drinks..ppl came in. they ordered and their drinks were ready but not ours until I asked. We just stood there and nobody acknowledged us. I hate when this happened. now I'll probably avoid this Starbucks

Staff is always cheerful and friendly - drive thru and in-house. Never had a bad experience.
