“Elizabeth and Jason were great. They were very friendly and Elizabeth has a gift with upselling. I ordered a large cinammon cream cold brew ($7.59) and a large iced mocha latte ($7.49); both were good but the cold brew was a little too bitter. Next time I'll try a hot coffee. Elizabeth highly recommened the Better Breakfast sandwhich ($9.99) it was good but so small, not worth it as I was still hungry. Total bill for everything $25.84; a little too steep for me.“

“What a gem! Peeked inside and discovered the sweetest Indonesian bistro! The ambiance was relaxing, the staff were incredibly kind, and everything from the coffee and refreshments to the homemade delicacies, was wonderful.

We had the pleasure of chatting with the owner of Kedai and ended up taking home plenty of desserts along with a delicious tofu plate (this vegetarian was very happy!). You can tell that everything is made with care and love.

“Super cute little coffee shop needed a little treat after my walk. Pretty normal flavors and also some good specialty drinks. Avocado toast was so good too and it’s not just some toast and avocado. It does take I believe about 8 mins to prepare just an fyi. I can’t wait to go back“

“This place had been on my list for a while. Glad to have gone to try this finally. I did not get a drink but my friend did. It did not taste like coffee at all. If you like sweet coffee definitely try the i scream I believe it was called. They had various pastries from the bakery next door as well. Get the lemon flavored one! Really good not too tart and service was quick and they were all really nice.“

“I decided to come here to try something new. I have been over Starbucks and wanted something more different. Turned out the coffee is pretty good. I decided to try the American Dream Americano. It was really good. Not too sweet but next time I will asked for less sugar. I got a cookie as well and it was delicious. This will be my spot now!“

“Family owned donut shop with lovely owners. They have yummy breakfast sandwiches and the donuts were amazing. We were visiting family nearby and came 2 mornings in a row and they remembered us and treated my son to a donut hole. Next time we’re in town definitely will stop by!“

“I don't normally write reviews for chains like this, but I felt the need to write one for this location. Not only did they have all the food we wanted for our order (y'all know how rare that is, maybe it was a fluke) but it was also the FASTEST drive thru experience I've ever had at any Starbucks! We placed our rather large order (two sandwiches, one loaf slice, one tea, one unicorn frap, and one iced coffee... phew) and by the time we rolled up to the window it was already done and being handed out! The staff was very friendly and personable as well. There were 4 cars in front of us when we got in line but you wouldn't have known it. Kudos guys! Whatever you're doing at this location it works!“

“Terrific place to grab a cup of coffee and write in your journal or read a book (Morgan's Books is right next door). Service was especially friendly and attentive to all of my particulars for the coffee.

Also I had the pumpkin oats muffin it was delicious.

“I love love ❤️ this Starbucks!! But Managers: please train your folks that using the shaker cup when making a refresher is part of the recipe and should not have to be asked to be done“

“My Coffee Frappuccino is always made correctly!!! Jorge is the best with a dynamic smile and greeting every time! The rest of the staff is great too! My only suggestion for this location is to close the egg bite bags with the printed label, forks to eat with, and toasted a bit more. Hats off to a great team of workers!“

“Home made muffins. Sandwich croissants (try the sausage and egg). Nicest lady in the donut industry. She has been in this tiny, hard to get to storefront for decades. She's put her kids through college and they work in the donut shop on weekends. She may not be there for too much longer because her rent is being increased.Support this local icon.“

Recommendations for staff: Honestly respect them, because otherwise you can get trespassed. (There is also Upland Police and sometimes security who monitor around this store) So BEHAVE.

If your going to be going to this Starbucks, sometimes the person who asks for your order is always rushing or being quick and planning like they have to get somewhere fast even if no one is behind you.
He or she will rush, not wait, be inpatient and won’t care sometimes.
BE DIRECT WHEN YOU ORDER

“Been to this location a few times and I would give it a 4 overall. The service is really what brings down the rating for me. I normally order ahead of time and the pick up time is always later than what the app says (10-15 minutes later). Coffee is good and a lot of options. I got the white chocolate lavender coffee this time and the flavors were subtle/not overpowering. Drive-through and pick up is organized.“
