I don't normally write reviews for chains like this, but I felt the need to write one for this location. Not only did they have all the food we wanted for our order (y'all know how rare that is, maybe it was a fluke) but it was also the FASTEST drive thru experience I've ever had at any Starbucks! We placed our rather large order (two sandwiches, one loaf slice, one tea, one unicorn frap, and one iced coffee... phew) and by the time we rolled up to the window it was already done...read full review
They had a drive through at this Starbucks. The employees were so nice and the service was quick. We didn't get any food but the coffee was great!
Used the drive thru. Twenty minutes later still can't drink the tea or coffee. Too hot.

Although the staff can get very busy trying to fill orders without mistakes, they always correct any issues. Many customers are encouraged to be patient, as the staff is doing their best. Some have experienced problems with drive-thru orders, but the staff quickly remakes the orders if there are mistakes.
Recently, one customer appreciated how the staff remade drinks when a request for oat milk was forgotten. Another customer praised Jeremiah for his helpfulness in preparing a traveler box of pike roast coffee for a work meeting, making a hectic morning much smoother. This Starbucks is noted for its awesome employees, who know regulars by name and provide excellent service, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
