This Starbucks location needs to be rated higher due to Daniel, the one who generally takes orders for the drive-thru. He is absolutely amazing, so thorough, so professional, so kind and welcoming, and he ALWAYS has a positive attitude! For those staff members that are making the drinks, kudos to them because the drink tastes EXACTLY like what we order and it tastes the same every time! It tastes amazing! Great job team! Keep up the great teamwork and excellent customer service!
They got rid of indoor seating and the outdoor seating was not out either. No public restroom, the old restroom was often occupied by folks who were not customers so not too surprising. The drink quality was fine, the barista in charge of distributing mobile orders was a little out to lunch but I did get it after a few moments. If you want a location with indoor seating you have to go either to downtown Claremont or to Montclair a couple of exits east.
