They pulled off the impossible. They catered for 200 people in the mountains for multiple events including our wedding with a huge and extensive Gujarati menu. When thy were challenged to have the meal served at the table by plate the old fashioned way they took on this challenge and pulled it off like masters.

If you are looking for a company to cater any event where you want PERFECT Gujarati food then this is your team. The taste was flawless. Raju has a fantastic personality and is committed to customer satisfaction. Nothing less. He is a humble professional with an eye for perfection. “This is our favorite spot for a late breakfast/brunch on the weekends. Order a couple of dosas or idlis and filter coffee.If you are still hungry, a fried rice and gobi Manchurian to share. Or some of their fritters. We love their outside patio and can easily spend an hour or two when we are here. It's the perfect lazy weekend experience for us! Love their rose milk and badam milk too.
Oh and I got to say this, I especially love their sambhar. I haven't noticed any veggies except for pearl onion, yet it is very finger licking good! Better than my homemade version with all the vegetables. This might be my favorite sambhar at a restaurant actually. Maybe ever! They have gotten the sambhar powder/masala perfectly.

“Khansaab (previously Shor) in Hawaiin garden is an absolute gem. The food was incredible, and the ambiance and hospitality were even better, truly a Michelin star-worthy experience.

We ordered mango lassi, chicken psao, malai tikka, and Peshawari chicken with garlic naan (the highlight of the night with mouthwatering flavors), and finished with knafah- everything was outstanding and full of authentic Pakistani flavor.

Take out is a better option for this place. They had one table. It's akin to a quick serve Chinese restaurant where they give you rice, garlic naan, plus the items of your choice.

They had 3 vegetarian curries and 3 meat curries when I went today. I was offered samples befoee deciding.

I chose the goat curry and the eggplant curry. Both the perfect amount of spicy and spiced properly.

“Indian food isn't normally at the top of my list of favorite foods, so when I do end up at an Indian restaurant, I would usually just get some naan and chicken tikka masala. This was so true at Diamond Palace Cuisine of India.

My Kiwanis club met here for our May monthly meeting. There's a separate banquet space available right next to the main restaurant should you need to host your next event -- which is where we held our meeting. Plenty of room with a stage and food serving area!

I got the garlic naan ($4), the roti ($3), and the chicken tikka masala ($20). If you get both the garlic naan and roti, make sure you eat the roti first as the garlic naan is more flavorful and would overpower any taste you'll get from the roti. Both taste excellent dipped in the chicken tikka masala! Of course, some white basmati rice comes with the entrée, so you have that pairing option as well. I sampled my friend's chicken korma, which was less spicy than the tikka masala and a good choice to pick for variety.

Service was great and parking was easy in the plaza. We all enjoyed the food and setting, so we're planning on meeting more often at Diamond Palace Cuisine of India!“
