“R Banquet provided catering services for 2 of my wedding events (Sangeet and Reception). Rohit has such a wide variety of items on his menu that we were able to create two completely different menus. His food is impeccable. We constantly received compliments all week about how good the food was. He was always in contact with us throughout the day of the event to make sure everything was meeting expectations. We could not ask for anything more and highly recommend his services!!“
“Just hosted my daughter's sweet 16 here yesterday, They delivered exactly what was initially promised. Venue is beautiful,elegant and pretty much ready to just bring your guest, and party.My guest where mostly Hispanic 98% of them where pretty impressed with food selection.My husband and I took the risk serving their recommend (creamy chicken, beef with veggies, super crispy egg rolls, rice, veggie pasta, pomegranate/cheese /corn/spinach salad, and dinner rolls, absolutely finger licking.Service was outstanding everything was taken care of,so I actually enjoyed the event without running around giving directions staff knew the itinerary and was extremely helpful and efficient. I had a chance of coordinating event with Eddie,Marie, and Mitcho, they where all very helpful, however I will say it is a bit hard to get a hold of Eddie, who is the owner. Overall absolutely recommend this venue, I received compliments of the event all night! Can't wait till my next event ...to eat their amazing food again!“

“Today was my second time at this restaurant. Service always so fast and friendly. Food is delicious and high end. You can order off the menu or select from the hot items on the steam table. I ordered a two item combo. The to go containers are prepared by the employee behind the counter. The curry chicken, navratan korma , rice, and garlic naan are pleasant to smell and packed with delicious flavor. They deserve a chef's kiss. I'll return soon!“
“So glad we found this place during our trip to Cali! Cozy atmosphere, wonderful service, and delicious food! We had the kadai chicken, chicken tikka masala, and garlic naan. Generous portion sizes and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend, we would definitely go back!“
“It is easy to miss this place driving by as it is small and located next to Udupi, a well known South Indian restaurant chain. Parking can be challenging on a busy afternoon but that is the case with most restaurants on Pioneer. The place itself is relatively new but the food is amongst the best I have had in the United States. We came in hungry and was greeted by the friendly owner who took our order and explained the menu items to us. We ordered the papdi chaat and the Maharaja Thali, both of which were delicious and bursting with contrasting flavors. We really enjoyed the three types of roti, baatis, daal and the spicy red chutney. Each bite tasted distinct and you could taste the quality of homemade Rajastani food. Sampling different items on the Thali was an experience in and of itself.I don't understand what some of these poorly written, negative reviews are about. As someone who likes to dine out, the prices are more than fair and the portions are filling. Maybe the service was a bit slow during peak hours but those are things that can be easily fixed. I am not a vegetarian but I loved their food. Maybe other restaurants in the area need to do some quality control instead of serving stale food, delivering poor & inconsistent service and expecting that the customers will somehow keep returning. Leaving fake reviews on a family-owned restaurant trying to drive them out of business is really trashy and makes you look petty more than anything else.Vegetarian options: All items on the menu are vegetarian and made with plant-based ingredients. “I was out in Whittier today and found this sppt that opened a few months ago! I found parking right in front and the owner was super friendly. He also offered samples and they were good. I got the Chicken Tikka Masala and Spinach&Cheese on my 2 item plate with Garlic Naan! Everything was fresh and delicious the Garlic Naan was also huge and amazing. Will definitely be back for more Indian food in the future!“
