“I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at this new Popeyes location. I went in at a slow time, calmly asked for specific cuts to meet my macro goals, and they completely ignored me. What should have been a simple, customized order was just thrown together with no care. The staff seemed disengaged, just chatting and giggling. If they don’t take customer instructions seriously, I can’t recommend them. They need a serious overhaul in training and attention to detail.

And next time offer some complimentary chicken and people will keep their mouths shut.“

“In a word...killer. It's the best fried chicken you can get from a chain store. Today I had the classic chicken sandwich. Delicious as always. The food is consistently good wherever, whenever, and whichever store you go to. I've been in dozens from coast to coast. YUM!!! Three stars only for atmosphere being I went through the drive thru and the interior of my car is only so so.“
