“This has been the fastest Popeyes with fresh food I've been to. The weirdest things is that they were fast with only two people working on July 4th, around 11ish in the morning. I've been to Louisiana, Covina, San Dimas and Pomona locations and none have been this fast and with fresh food. I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. I usually have to wait 30-45 minutes for my food at the other locations. Those two employees truly deserve a raise.“
“Got wrong order when I arrived to deliver. Receipt was correct but no drink and no pickles. Oh well, I guess I should have checked before I left. Returned on Friday, May 22. It happened again. Same lady at window. Did not believe it could happened again but just before getting on freeway checked bag and pickles were not in bag. I returned this time to get my fried pickles. Just wanted to try them. Told another lady what happened and this was second time, she could care less. So there lies the problem. Check orders before you leave is the only solution. Never had that kind of service anywhere. Don't think its normal but may be how we being serviced now. Won't be back for a long while.“
“Even though the staff here is short handed, they do a great job! Great customer service and delicious hot food. It's great to walk in order your food at the counter with an actual human being not a kiosk! Definitely will be back here when I'm craving delicious fried chicken!“
