“I had a little problem using the app because I'm not familiar with it but I did get help from the lady at the desk she was very nice to help me make my order and I appreciate the time she took to help me with the other customers waiting“
“You can never go wrong with popeys unless you just dont like fried chicken. This place is good for a quick bite to eat if you are in the mood for a good crunch with some spicy. I enjoy the extra spicy and extra crispy chicken. And especially their warm biscuits with honey and butter. Yummie for your tummy. Service is decent.“

“Just wanted it to be acknowledged how FANTASTIC Myrna is. Above and beyond good customer service. I was there Saturday and they were slammed with big to go orders and there were a few of us in the lobby. She handled it all herself, calm and patient, not missing a thing, all orders repeated correctly to all. The mgr. Cook was back there getting everything together fast what looked like on his own too. I was in and out in 10 min, despite the rush. What a team these 2 make. Thanks for your service. Cindy Blalock“
“Marco the manager was such an amazing man. He was polite, caring and helpful. He helped me to choose my order based on my needs and the order was ready in 5 min. Amazing personality. He even offered me an extra drink to try and give an opinion. He was such a sweet person.“
“I went for the One Piece collab. Stood outside for a bit over 7hrs. The store ran out of the gift bento boxes about 2hrs into service however the manager did excellent PR the entire time, ordering an additional shipment of bento boxes and keeping the line very updated on their delivery time. I managed to get one finally and the whole time I waited the staff were unbelievably kind and caring for us in the line despite the situation very understandably potentially leading to aggression.
The whole staff was wonderful and kind, and the manager was the best I'd ever seen at any restaurant. Amazing people are working here.“

“I went to this location very late last night. I was reluctant because normally the food isn’t that great the later it is. But I was wrong! Not only was my food fresh and delicious, but the service was friendly and fast. I will definitely be back soon! My best Popeye’s experience in a while“

“Good chicken. My spot is in Carson across from Yoshinoya, and they accept EBT. Both locations don't have restrooms 😕. But serve really good 🐔. Kind of crazy area, check your crime radar app to play it safe. They just had a dirt bike chase on El Segundo blvd going by this location and going through the Magic Johnson Park 🏞. And a Metro T Mobile 📲 store robbery down the street today.“

“Hello! I’m really hoping this reaches the owner. I was wondering if by any chance if you could have it so where if you order on DoorDash that you’re able to choose what specific types of pieces you want. For example, if I just wanted to order Leg and Thighs, especially for combos. I know this is possible if I go in person. Other chicken restaurants like KFC and Churches have that option on the app, but for some reason not Popeyes, which is a shame because Popeyes is so much better. It would really mean the world if you could add this feature on the app. Thank you!“

“I eat there OFTEN! ALL these people complaining are just people that love to complain and whine smh , Every time I've been to this Popeyes Location,..the Food has Been Awesome and FRESH !! The staff was friendly and worked relatively Fast and efficiently to get my order to Me 🙂
I'm Very Satisfied with the Popeyes 👍 The location isn't the best , but this is LA so that's Fine Too ! I've never had a problem inside or outside of this Popeyes Location,.. I get my order and I'm off to Enjoy My meal 🍽️
