“I went for the One Piece collab. Stood outside for a bit over 7hrs. The store ran out of the gift bento boxes about 2hrs into service however the manager did excellent PR the entire time, ordering an additional shipment of bento boxes and keeping the line very updated on their delivery time. I managed to get one finally and the whole time I waited the staff were unbelievably kind and caring for us in the line despite the situation very understandably potentially leading to aggression.
The whole staff was wonderful and kind, and the manager was the best I'd ever seen at any restaurant. Amazing people are working here.“
“It was my first time eating at this location in Los Angeles. The place was very clean to sit and have a meal. The location area is not so great, The employee who took my order made me feel safe as he would come out to the lobby right away to wipe tables down as soon as a customer left. He was very attentive towards me when I needed something. On top of that the chicken was cooked to perfection and fresh. I will visit this location again when traveling through this area.“

“Marco the manager was such an amazing man. He was polite, caring and helpful. He helped me to choose my order based on my needs and the order was ready in 5 min. Amazing personality. He even offered me an extra drink to try and give an opinion. He was such a sweet person.“
“I love Popeyes, but they put too much mayonnaise on the sandwiches and on the wraps. Is anyone else trying to collect there rewards code but can't. I am having this problem with my codes they keep on saying invalid code. I feel it's not right if I am paying and you are giving me invalid codes that's ripping me off. In that case don't reward so you won't lie“
“Just wanted it to be acknowledged how FANTASTIC Myrna is. Above and beyond good customer service. I was there Saturday and they were slammed with big to go orders and there were a few of us in the lobby. She handled it all herself, calm and patient, not missing a thing, all orders repeated correctly to all. The mgr. Cook was back there getting everything together fast what looked like on his own too. I was in and out in 10 min, despite the rush. What a team these 2 make. Thanks for your service. Cindy Blalock“
“They have do a little bit more in keeping up with the grounds. The place looks a little unkempt on the outside. Also, the inside also appears to be suffering from some deferred maintenance.
Staff was a bit slow to respond and appeared bothered by customer requests.
I understand when staff is alone in the back goofing around having fun, completely acceptable. But when customers around, you need to put on your game face.
Some coaching for staff is probably in order as well.“

I'm Very Satisfied with the Popeyes 👍 The location isn't the best , but this is LA so that's Fine Too ! I've never had a problem inside or outside of this Popeyes Location,.. I get my order and I'm off to Enjoy My meal 🍽️
