This particular location needs an upgrade.
I’ve been going to the Popeyes at La Brea and Jefferson for several years, but over the past year the service has gotten increasingly frustrating. Nearly every time I go, they don’t have chicken ready. For a restaurant whose main product is chicken, that is unbelievable.
Because of this, I started ordering online so my food would hopefully be ready when I arrived. Today was the last straw. I placed my online order at 1:50 p.m. and arrived about 15 minutes later....read full review
