Wrong order and despite my petition I was refunded nothing for a lack of receipt they neglected to give me! Honestly a fast and convenient place although I have never tried to get any customer service before!
Im so underwhelmed by the customer service here. Drive through personal was rude, my meal was cold (not the first time) and they gave me attitude for asking for honey and hot sauce. I didnt want to eat after this. Unfortunate I wont be coming back nor the employees in the shopping plaza where this kfc is located at. Do you teach employees about customer service?
