Definitely looove the food and Employees Costomer service is phenomenal (so kind). The 1 and only issue is the cost. The cheapest thing on the menu is the Chicken Sandwich. Everything else is $15.00 or higher. Wayyy toooo EXPENSIVE. Prices are out of this world. ☹️?

Im so underwhelmed by the customer service here. Drive through personal was rude, my meal was cold (not the first time) and they gave me attitude for asking for honey and hot sauce. I didnt want to eat after this. Unfortunate I wont be coming back nor the employees in the shopping plaza where this kfc is located at. Do you teach employees about customer service?

It's always either a 20 minute wait or not enough pieces made to purchase a family sized meal. (Not everyone eats dark meat chicken)The restaurant is clean and tidy. The sides are fresh and piping hot.

I was there on 06-08-23. I order a spicy chicken sandwich combo and a three piece original meal with breadt and two thighs and a extra biscuit. I should of known to check my order. Well when I arrived home I hot two thighs and a drumsticks ni extra biscuits and I payed an extra 1.70 for the breat and payed for the extra biscuit. The fries was not even a handful and the biscuits was not cooked it was doughy. On top of that I got sick the chicken didn'ttaste right. The Mexican girl took a long time with my order very suspicious I called the corner office complaint line. I advise you to do the same if you had lt experience. This place needs to be closed down. Forwarned
