My food was delivered on time, but I sadly could not locate my money, so I asked the driver if he could please take my order back to the store, and that I'd go to the store once I located my money. He left, and shortly thereafter, I found my money. I called the driver and he came back, he gave me absolutely no hassle about it. He was VERY understanding. Unfortunately, I didn't have any extra cash on me, so I promised to tip him the next time. He didn't object. Angel was my delivery driver, and I want to tell him Thank you so much! I have kidney failure and today my legs are so swollen it's hard for me to walk. Has Abel not been the kind, polite soul that he is, having to walk to the store in this cold weather, well, I might not have been able to make it. ABEL'S service in delivering my pizza was top notch..... Nothing could have been better. He listened to my instructions to call when he got here, he was VERY polite from the beginning, very understanding of my situation and gave me absolutely no negativity for not being able to locate my money, and was extremely nice and accommodating when I asked him if he could come back. I'm so sorry I truly did not have any extra money on me, but I promise I will tip you the next time I see you. You were the best delivery driver I've ever experienced in my entire life, and your outstanding service couldn't have come at a more needed time for me than today. (Kidney failure makes me tired, gives me brain fog where I can't think correctly, makes me susceptible to the cold to the point it hurts to be in the cold, and causes my feet to swell when I'm not doing all that great.). I hope you get recognized for your superb service and excellent customer service skills.... You absolutely deserve it and I promise to tip you as soon as I can! “Alexander delivered my pizza. Sweetest man ever. I’ve never written a review but the store forgot my sauces and he came back to let me know and gave me cash back for the sauces. I thought it would be like a refund but no that was his tip money. I felt so bad when I realized, I called the store to find out if it was his money or the stores and he actually answered and said it’s his way of making up for his mistake and how to learn for the future. I still feel so bad so this is the least I can do until I get him to deliver to me again to give him a much much higher tip. Thank you 🙏 I hope he gets recognition in store somehow.“
