Applebee's Grill + Bar is a restaurant known for its fresh and well-prepared food, with some customers comparing it favorably to Chili's. On one occasion, a customer visited for their birthday dinner and received great service from the staff. Recently, guests have noted that the service is nothing short of spectacular, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate requests, such as putting on the baseball game for customers. While there have been mentions of a lack of staff and management presence leading to longer wait times for food, many diners have expressed appreciation for the attentiveness of the staff to all guests.
One customer visiting for a casual dinner was pleasantly surprised by the experience, describing it as the perfect way to enjoy a Friday night. Another guest highlighted the exceptional service from Manny, who managed multiple tables on a busy night with a smile and a positive attitude. Additionally, during a visit on national wings day, a customer faced issues with the online ordering system, but the manager honored the deal and ensured that they enjoyed the good and filling wings. Overall, Applebee's continues to be a place where great food and dedicated service come together.
