“My service club was trying out different restaurants in Diamond and June's spot is Solo Hot Pot. We came at a good time for dinner and was able to fit our group in two tables pushed together.

Each person orders their own thing, picking their ingredients and broth. They weigh your bowl of stuff (veggies, meat, seafood, noodles, etc) and it's $15.99 per pound. If you don't pace yourself, it's very easy to end up with an expensive bowl of hot pot. Mines ended up weighting a little over 1.5 lbs, so my hot pot was over $25 before taxes. Some broths also have an additional charge (like the tonkotsu is $4.95 extra), so keep that in mind. I picked the organic miso broth, which had no extra charge. My hot pot was pretty yummy since I got to choose exactly what I wanted in it and even though I ordered a little too much, I enjoyed it the next day for lunch.

The sauce bar is included and they offer iced green tea with refills for $1.99 more. If you need a refill of the iced tea, you can let them know and they'll refill your cup. Very refreshing!

Even though we paid separately, they do charge 18% big party service charge for groups of 5 or more.

“Super friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. The chicken was crispy and juicy. Salsas are definitely worth a try! Food was served straight to our table within 5-10 minutes after ordering. “I was in town and looking for a new place to try. Thanks to Yelp, I found Noodlemii nearby. We headed over for a weekend dinner and didn't have to wait long for our group of two.

We tried a variety of their menu items, including the black pepper udon ($12), yellow curry ($11), beef skewers ($6.50), and a Thai iced tea ($3.50). Food came out pretty timely and everything was really good! Good portion sizes too.

“We ordered the spicy hummus, garlic fries, beef shawarma, babakenush?, and cauliflower. My friend saw the baclava and had to try it. So we started with desser. The pistachio was very crispy and chewy and was my friends favorite. The walnut was sweet and chewy which was my favorite. Everything was absolutely delicious! The spicy hummus had a little kick at the beginning but as we ate we didn't taste the kick anymore. The cauliflower is lightly fried and so freaking delicious! I ate it by itself or with some hummus. My friend ate it with the babakanush and some cauliflower sauce and was in love. I tried her babakanush. I don't like eggplant but this was really delicious! Had a lovely garlic flavor that was slightly addicting. The garlic fries was just fries sprinkled with garlic powder but dipped it in the hummus and it was good. The pitas were really good too. I could've eaten more if I wasn't so full. But the beef shawarma was freaking AMAZING!!!!! We both said this was the best Mediterranean food we've ever had. I said no tomatoes to my beef shawarma which I'm glad I did. The flavor was absolutely amazing without it. Definitely 10/10 no complaints at all. And service was awesome too! So kind, friendly, and funny. I can't wait to come back again!“

“We had a variety of dishes: orange chicken, lemon chicken, garlic shrimp, kung pao chicken, lo mein, egg fried rice. All items were delicious and authentic. I grew up in Diamond Bar and have always enjoyed this establishment. After visiting China last year, I’ve found myself craving authentic Chinese cuisine more often and this always satisfies the craving! My kids are picky eaters and they like it too. “This is the place we went to have a quick bite when we moved to Diamond Bar 8 years ago and then we found so many other places to eat and almost forgot this restaurant. Recently we visited this place again, the menu is same except price a little higher. The quality of food are same but now they gave you disposable chopsticks instead of re-usable ones in the past. Other than that, not much change, always busy but the waiting time is tolerable. I like this beef BBQ rib combo with seafood tofu soup and they are good. They don’t have steak knife but so provide a pair of scissors and a small pair of tongs so that you don’t have to eat BBQ beef with just chopsticks.“

“Their smoke house turkey and bacon sandwich is good. Turkey, bacon, and avocado is fantastic. Fast service considering they make it fresh and delicious. Price is about $16 per person just for the 8” sandwiches alone, which is higher than most sandwich shops offering 12” subs. You have the option to dine in but the owner is pretty suggestive about customers do takeout instead, if ordering around 3:45 PM, this is the only vibe which made the experience poor. This deli closes at 4 PM sharp!“

“Late review but I was just thinking about this place. Came here on Christmas Day with my family last year and it was delicious. Everything tasted good, lots of selection in the buffet and delicious desserts. Service was excellent. If I lived nearby I would be a regular.“
