This is my first stop when I visit Upland!! The service is unmatched! The food is delicious and the shakes and teas taste phenomenal, you almost forget that you’re eating/drinking healthy. I will drive across town for this place. Quality of the shakes and tea are the same each and every time. The customer service is impeccable, it always feels like home. I love the variety and the different options to meet whatever I’m wanting for the day. They have the best waffles on Saturdays and protein donuts and tarts that are the best treat with less guilt lol

Love this place! Great protein shakes and welcoming environment!! I stop here about once a week! My favorite is red velvet Oreo and chocolate chip banana bread! They also offer free/low cost workout classes! You can tell they are really involved in health and wellness!
