She was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she truly cares about her team and the customers. “Alfonso, the gentleman that worked at night the Hispanic man he is absolutely awesome! Excellent Customer Service I will be back just because of him. Always has a smile on his face, always gives great customer service. And the food is good too. I don’t go in so I didn’t give the atmosphere because I go through the drive-through. But this store is at the corner of Archibald in 19th St.. Anyway, I just wanted to say something about Alfonso excellent man.“
“I've been to this specific Carl's Jr. for 10 yrs, and they really improved their food quality and service over the years. Fries used to be cold, but now it's burning hot (in a good way). It's not too greasy or too salty; it's perfect. And the burgers, as usual, are excellent. Plus, the veggies inside are very fresh! It could be a bit pricey but definitely worth the visit. Keep it up!“
