Food is good . Not happy with service. It is a struggle to get their attention. We should not have to feel ignored especially with how much they are charging. A little smileAnd follow up would not kill them. Def not customer service oriented

I'm from the Upland area and noticed a Ceviche spot, so I had to try. I've tried several of the dishes, including the shrimp cocktail, shrimp ceviche, Cabo Ceviche, and deep fried shrimp tacos; they were all delicious and prepared fresh each time. Needless to say, I have been here more than a handful of times. However, what keeps me coming back is the service. From the cooks that prepare the food quickly and deliciously, to the management that greets you from behind the counter and waitresses who go above and beyond to create a great experience, particularly Becky & Christina. These girls are kind, quick, and accurate. My food always comes out just the way I like, I always recommend this spot and will continue to recommend it.

The food here has great quality and tastes as good as it looks. The freshness is always visible. The mojarras are fantastic!!! However, the service has been great when it first opened but now it needs some work as it depends a lot on who is working that day. When it is not on point, which lately it hasn't, you have to wait too long for your order to be taken, then you wait longer for the drinks to come out, then appetizers don't make it to the table before the entrées, sometimes they arrive last. The one in Chino Hills doesn't have these issues.
