“It was our first time here. Wanted to try somewhere different. It’s more affordable than the places back in Garden Grove. When we first got sat, we were very confused on what to do. Tan came over and helped us out a lot. I observed other workers just pacing around but Tan was the only one hustling from table to table to assist. Food was great. Grill size is a bit limited which was my only complaint. But definitely recommend coming here“

“They make authentic Guilin rice noodles here. So you order the noodles through the QR code and you can get the condiments to add to the bowl. We had the Golden Broth Beef Brisket Rice Noodles and Premium Signature Noodles. Added a fried egg and Secret Recipe Braised Tofu. Quick service and would return.“

“Surprisingly good! My picky friend also complimented this place. The veggies were really fresh and the kidney was processed well. Dishes were seasoned perfectly. Not too heavy like a lot of other restaurants. The experience was like dining at a high-end Taiwanese restaurant in Taiwan. Though the dishes were expensive, the price includes sales tax. I will still come back due to the quality and to support the business!“

“Had dinner at Top Island Seafood Restaurant recently and was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. The dishes were flavorful, well-prepared, and served in generous portions, making it a great place for sharing family-style meals.

The seafood was fresh, the vegetables were cooked perfectly, and every dish arrived hot and full of flavor. You can tell the kitchen pays attention to quality and consistency. The portions were large enough for our group to share comfortably, and the prices felt reasonable for the amount of food we received.

The restaurant itself is spacious and comfortable, making it a great spot for family dinners, celebrations, or gathering with friends. Service was friendly and attentive throughout our meal.

“I visited this place more than dozen times in last 12 months and recently we found that there is a new promotion: $0.99 for a lobster along with a new menu with updated price (slighting adjusting upwards, as everyone is dong that) as long as your order is 39.99 or more. This deal itself is unheard of and doesn’t need any further discussion: food quality is still the same, service is the same, etc.
Updates 7/0/2026: the $.99 lobster is $6.99 now, same conditions applied. It is much more than before but still very inexpensive and below the cost.“

“Had the sashimi boat for 2. Really could feed 3 people - and for that I say the price is good for something fancy - sashimi is very very fresh. Servings were very generous. Server was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Been back maybe 3x since I've discovered this place“

“I feel that in keeping with Asian restaurant tradition I should award 3 stars because, as we all know, this is the perfect amount. Five stars and it's a bougie Asian fusion place that's going to rip you off. You want three stars because the service will feel inattentive to western eaters but be perfect for eastern diners. So these five stars are adjusted for my tastes: I don't want to be bothered while I eat, I don't need ambiance when eating Chinese food, and I don't want to pay extra for these. In fact, I would say when I sent the service was a little too attentive 😂😂😂. I'll also say that I ate with my friends from China so my experience was we walked in, Chinese was spoken, we were ushered into a nondescript back room, more Chinese was spoken, huge plates of the best food were delivered, a person kept checking in on us hence my comment that the service was too attentive, we fought over the bill, I lost, and we left with tons of leftovers. Asian 3 stars. Would recommend and come back.“

“We had such a great experience at Chabu Harn! The food was incredibly fresh, and the meat was absolutely delicious. 😋

But the best part was definitely the service! It was our first time here, so we weren’t sure how to order. Our server was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything to us. He was so friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the whole meal.

“while the food itself is good but isn’t too spectacular, the service and atmosphere absolutely make up for it!! i recommend going during october for their halloween times, sometimes you’ll see live music, michael jackson impersonators, costume contests (even the workers are dressed up!), and cool fancy decor. food wise my fav is the tom yum soup!“
