The food quality is good overall, flavorful, and filling. However, when it comes to dinner time, the experience takes a bit of a dive. The dinner menu isn't particularly impressive, and the foods lack in flavor. I wouldn't recommend coming during dinner time.
The service, unfortunately, leaves a lot to be desired. The staff can be a bit inattentive and, at times, even rude.“

02/20 update: can not believe that I have not been back here for 3 years, as we normally go to New Capital for dim sum.
Came around 9:30am, got seated, and made our orders right away. Unfortunately, the chefs do not come until 10am, so certain items on the menu are not available. That said, items we ordered are delicious. All the staff are very friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back soon.“
