“We stopped in for dinner the other night. There is ample parking available in the parking lot. The restaurant is located off the beaten path but worth the discovery.

We came in for hot pot. Please note this is not an AYCE place. But the quality here will make you come back.

We got the pork tripe chicken broth. I could drink this all day. We got an assortment of vegetables. We got corn, various mushrooms, bamboo shoots, tofu, greens and water chestnuts. All so good and so fresh.

For proteins we got ribeye, beef tongue, and lamb. Everything was so fatty and flavorful. Such great quality meat.

We also got a few appetizers. The popcorn mushrooms are my new favorite. The mashed garlic cucumbers were crispy and delicious. They also have skewers and we got chicken hearts, which is a personal favorite. And we also got a beef tongue plate. So good and the Chili's brought the heat.

Such friendly service and delicious comfort food will make this a place to come back to again and again.“

“I feel that in keeping with Asian restaurant tradition I should award 3 stars because, as we all know, this is the perfect amount. Five stars and it's a bougie Asian fusion place that's going to rip you off. You want three stars because the service will feel inattentive to western eaters but be perfect for eastern diners. So these five stars are adjusted for my tastes: I don't want to be bothered while I eat, I don't need ambiance when eating Chinese food, and I don't want to pay extra for these. In fact, I would say when I sent the service was a little too attentive 😂😂😂. I'll also say that I ate with my friends from China so my experience was we walked in, Chinese was spoken, we were ushered into a nondescript back room, more Chinese was spoken, huge plates of the best food were delivered, a person kept checking in on us hence my comment that the service was too attentive, we fought over the bill, I lost, and we left with tons of leftovers. Asian 3 stars. Would recommend and come back.“

If you can make it for lunch, their $24.99 AYCE lunch special is one of the best deals around. The banchan came out first, and everything was fresh and delicious, but the glass noodles were my favorite. I could’ve eaten those all day!
Then the meat started rolling out… game over. The prime rib, beef belly, and brisket were all fresh, tender, and packed with flavor. Add a little salt, throw it on the grill, and wowww… every bite was amazing.
We also ordered the kimchi fried rice, steamed egg, and spicy tofu soup, and every side dish hit the spot. The service was quick, the staff kept checking on us, and they never let the grill get too crowded.
For $24.99, the quality and variety are hard to beat. If you’re looking for a solid AYCE Korean BBQ spot in Diamond Bar, this place is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be back. Soooo good… let’s go!“

“Just dined at Mad Wolf Mongolian and had a great meal. The service was very kind and got our meals prepared quickly and efficiently. The flavor was on point since you get to choose the meats and vegetables and sauces that you want. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be coming back again.“

It appears there is free street parking. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. I had the Cheung fun with peanuts, Cheung fun with egg, shrimp fried rice, this green dessert, and tofu wrapped around rice roll. Everything was delicious. Cheung fun and tofu wrapped around rice roll were my favorite. The Cheung fun was thin and the sauce was so delicious! The tofu was crispy and it had some garlic inside and it was so delicious. The waitress brought out an extra sauce for my Cheung fun without me asking. They were very attentive. Restaurant was also really clean. I live in Thousand Oaks but needed to come into this area for business and decided to give this place a try. Well worth it and I will be back again next time I am in town. I also purchased another Cheung fun with peanuts to go and my daughters loved it and they are picky eaters.“

“We love Joy. My family have been regulars for many many years. Food is awesome. Service is great, servers friendly. Only bummer, when we, as a family, went to celebrate my birthday on Saturday, we presented a gift certificate my husband & I were gifted from my Kids. It was issued at the end of 2019, expired at the end of 2020. Because of Covid we did not venture out until late last year. They did not not honor it. The customer service was great,the price was good and the food was excellent. The ginger dressing was tangy and really good for the salad. The chicken and steak was flavorful and the macaroni salad was really good. Until my sister comes home this will be the place we will go to. “We always like to go to Picnic Time to get their Yubu. It's a small and cute cafe, but the ambiance is welcoming and comfortable. They also have a lot of new items on the menu. We ordered their seared salmon Yubu x 3, one Kimchi Yubu, one Lemon Ponzu Salmon Yubu, and one eel Yubu.

Pho Golden Noodle and Grill offers a good authentic Vietnamese cuisine. They’re located in a Haven City plaza. Their menu highlights the rich, aromatic broths and perfectly cooked noodles that define authentic pho. I had a Charbroiled chicken vermicelli x hot tea. I liked the freshness and flavor of their food. Similarly, their hot tea was a perfect match.

Service is spot on. Staff are cordial and professional. Prices are competitive and affordable. Atmosphere is relaxing with spacious dining tables and seats. Overall, it’s a nice spot to eat good.“

“Perfect Blend of Sit Down and Fast Service

Chinese food often falls into one of two categories, a full sit-down restaurant experience, or the more common buffet style option to go.

Chopstick House is great on both fronts in the sense that you can sit down and get quality food in a timely manner. If you dine in the food will be nice and hot, and as someone who has ordered to go several times, it still has a great warmth when opening it up at home.

My favorite dishes are their house fried rice, house chow mein, fried shrimp, and the orange chicken.

I cannot stress enough how great their noodles are, very thick and tasty regardless of what you pair them with.

I live further away and use to frequent their location at Ontario Mills but the drive to San Dimas is worth it every time!“

“Stopped in for dinner last week. There is plenty of parking available. The restaurant itself is small but charming.

We started off with s strawberry matcha and a mango slushy boba. Both were cool and refreshing.

We got a crunch roll and it was massive. This easily could have been a meal. It was so good and delicious.

Next up was the stir fry noodles with chicken and beef teriyaki. This was a heavy portion of food. I mixed it all up and it was so tasty and satisfying. A very filling meal just by itself.

Last, but not least, was the bento box. Another large portion of food. You get rice, chicken teriyaki, beef teriyaki, shrimp, salad, gyoza, shrimp tempura and a four piece California roll. So good and very filling.

Large portions and friendly service will make this your go-to teriyaki house!“

The concept: a no frill take on the very best of Asian foods from Japan, China and Korea.

Service: the service at the Barn is amazing. The waiters that work there are all cool and welcoming when you come in, although,
It’s not a red carpet kind of place m, they know you are there for the food! They’ve managed to reduce a number of steps which allows you to get your foods faster. Ordering is done on your mobile device via a QR code by your table. Almost as soon as you ‘submit your order,’ food starts arriving! I absolutely love this and wish more restaurants would adopt this. The waiters regularly come by and are always more than happy to grab something out missed it. Clicking ‘request check’ on the mobile device and they will bring the ticket by promptly.

Food:
The absolute highlight of the barn is the chefs creations. The Green Beans are absolutely to die for. I don’t know what the special ingredients they use are, but my mouth is watering thinking about this speciality! They offer yakitori; the teriyaki chicken is a favorite along with the wagyu beef. The bacon wrapped asparagus is on the regular order list, along with the cheese corn which is some of the best I’ve had. I don’t get it every time I’m there but the spicy firecracker chicken wings are amazing!

Ambiance:
A single row of tables line the restaurant adorn with cool decorations throughout the restaurant. One of my favorite things about visiting the barn is the eclectic choice of music they play which changes up every night.

Wish I could give The Barn 35 out of 5 stars but they only allow me to select five stars. Hope you get to try it out and enjoy it as well!“

“Great selection of drinks, probably one of the better milk tea shops around the SGV. However, it is not the first time I have experienced poor service from the staff. It usually takes a lot from me to post a negative comment, especially for a place I really like. Needless to say, I hope the owner takes care of this matter before his/her business goes under.“
