“My son absolutely loved their pancakes back in Canada, and he drove all the way here to buy them during his trip to the US. I highly recommend the spicy chicken noodles and chicken pancakes to everyone. They're so delicious! You have to try them. The owner is incredibly nice, and the food he makes is absolutely amazing.“
“Delicious! I ordered the beef and shrimp teriyaki and the beef teriyaki plates, absolutely loved it. Generous portions on both plates and they are not shy with the shrimp portions you get. I got fried rice with one plate and it was one of the better fried rices that Ive had. Please support this place so it sticks around!“

“It’s a really cute and homey atmosphere. Imma take my friends here someday. They got a few good ramens and they got vegan options as well. They got good dessert options too. Some steamed custard buns that look like little piggies. Come give it a try and give them some business.“

“@traveling_kupo was looking for soup and bumped into this place in Montclair, California. It was a large menu of a variety of dumplings. Took home the shrimp/pork noodle dumpling soup. The whole soup with noodles was freshly made. With a see through kitchen to look at the cooks do their work.“

“This was extra special day Mama time sweet day! because it was our mama time while the kids were in school—a chance to slow down, catch up with a friend, and enjoy a peaceful meal together. We loved this cute little corner we discovered in Walnut. The space is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully arranged—perfect for relaxing and chatting without feeling rushed.
The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and polite. The hospitality really stood out and made us feel at home.
Delicious small bite & beautifully prepared dish! We tried the mini yubu sushi, which were fun, flavorful, and perfectly portioned for sharing.
The donburi bowl with seared salmon was so good—fresh, satisfying, and beautifully balanced. We also enjoyed the sweet shrimp & tobiko combination, which tasted very fresh and light.
Everything felt small enough to sample more, yet still filling and satisfying. Wanted to tried 9 yubu sushi. Owner said stop tried 4!! Too much food for beautiful ladies to handle LoL 😆 it is true. Honestly, we wanted to try even more items, but our stomachs were already full!

There are so many items on the menu we’re excited to come back for—especially the specialized sushi selections and the Chef’s Combo Rice Bowl. This is definitely a place worth returning to when you want thoughtful food, a calm atmosphere, and friendly service.
Such a lovely spot for a casual meet-up, a quiet lunch, or foodie exploring. Just a recommendation bigger tables for people who want to order more food and for bigger group size. The only suggestion I would appreciate so I can bring more friends over. Next time I’ll try different drinks. I thought mine was a little bit sweet. With mango and matcha tea.

“The chefs make food from fresh ingredients which is cut throughout the day.
And the owners are friendly and awesome to talk with.
You never have to wait in line for too long either.
They also have free drink refills.
The free drink refills adds to the value of the meal.
If it were possible, this place would be given a 6/5.

“I am from out of town i am here visiting my sister in the hospital. I was looking for a good teryaki plate for my wife and I. I read reviews and I decided to try hi bbq. The customer service was great,the price was good and the food was excellent. The ginger dressing was tangy and really good for the salad. The chicken and steak was flavorful and the macaroni salad was really good. Until my sister comes home this will be the place we will go to. If you are looking for really good food at a good price I highly recommend hi bbq. Also the staff was really nice and the place is very comfortable.“

“If you want to discover the best Vietnamese cuisine in WC you’re in the right spot.
Pho Golden Noodle and Grill offers a good authentic Vietnamese cuisine. They’re located in a Haven City plaza. Their menu highlights the rich, aromatic broths and perfectly cooked noodles that define authentic pho. I had a Charbroiled chicken vermicelli x hot tea. I liked the freshness and flavor of their food. Similarly, their hot tea was a perfect match.
Service is spot on. Staff are cordial and professional. Prices are competitive and affordable. Atmosphere is relaxing with spacious dining tables and seats. Overall, it’s a nice spot to eat good.“

“It’s so delicious. It’s good quality and reasonably priced. I’ll repurchase the pork belly chicken endlessly. Thank you, boss. I hope the restaurant can keep going. There are so few restaurants in Los Angeles that I can keep coming back to. Most of them are blocked after I go there once. “DISCLAIMER: THIS IS A TAKE OUT PLACE ONLYI came here to get food for lunch. I ordered online and food was available in 15 mins. When I returned i noticed I was missing an item. I called and they asked to come back and my order was ready as soon as I arrived. Most people would not give 5 stars for missing items but the way it was handled shows exceptional service. They do not have a lot of options for Hawaiian BBQ but their sushi rolls and egg rolls are amazing.“

“Great little hidden gem of a resturaunt. food is always delicious with plenty of options to suit just about anyone's tastes. owners are very nice and do a wonderful job managing and maintaining the quality of food. atmosphere is more of a modern Cafe feel than traditional of the culture and the fox theme is absolutely adorable. I highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for a nice little place with traditional flavors and modern twists. We will be returning again soon to done among the foxes!“

“Great selection of drinks, probably one of the better milk tea shops around the SGV. However, it is not the first time I have experienced poor service from the staff. It usually takes a lot from me to post a negative comment, especially for a place I really like. Needless to say, I hope the owner takes care of this matter before his/her business goes under.“

“I've always had a good hot meal with great size on the portions I'm a pretty large fella that eats quite a lot on my plate and a 2 idem will fill me with a little snack for midnight and a 3 idem most people would have a full lunch for the next day, so my motto is size matters in that mind set the place is the best at least once if not twice a week visit for me because of just that but“

02/20 update: can not believe that I have not been back here for 3 years, as we normally go to New Capital for dim sum.
Came around 9:30am, got seated, and made our orders right away. Unfortunately, the chefs do not come until 10am, so certain items on the menu are not available. That said, items we ordered are delicious. All the staff are very friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back soon.“
